Appeal a verification outcome
How to raise an appeal if you disagree with an outcome.
If you do not agree with the outcome of a verification check, you can submit an appeal.
How to appeal
- Email verificationservices@ecctis.com.
- Include the verification reference, candidate name and qualification details.
- Explain clearly why you disagree with the outcome.
- A manager will consider the appeal.
Ecctis will respond to an appeal query within 5 business days.
