Before your organisation can use the portal

Before your organisation begins using the portal, Ecctis will complete the agreed onboarding steps with you.

Agreement and account setup

1. The Ecctis sales team will provide a draft agreement setting out service expectations for both parties.
2. Once you confirm that you wish to proceed, Ecctis will issue the final agreement for signature through DocuSign.
3. Unless agreed otherwise, Ecctis will invoice your organisation for any agreed account setup costs.
4. The agreement and any required fees must be completed before user registration can begin.

Initial training

A member of the Ecctis team will arrange an initial training session for your users. This session covers how to use the portal and gives users an opportunity to ask questions.

Training sessions can be recorded and shared by secure link. Please confirm whether you would like the session recorded when training is arranged.

User list

Once onboarding is complete, Ecctis will ask you to provide the full list of required users and their email addresses. Each user will then receive an individual registration link.
