What information to enter when creating a candidate.
The candidate record should identify the qualification-holder clearly and consistently.
Typical information required
- title
- given name or names
- middle name or names, where applicable
- surname
- gender
- date of birth
- customer reference, where used by your organisation
Name changes
If the qualification-holder has changed name, add the relevant previous-name information in the candidate record. This helps Ecctis match the candidate to qualification records held by awarding organisations.
