Candidate details required

What information to enter when creating a candidate.

The candidate record should identify the qualification-holder clearly and consistently.

Typical information required

  • title
  • given name or names
  • middle name or names, where applicable
  • surname
  • gender
  • date of birth
  • customer reference, where used by your organisation

Name changes

If the qualification-holder has changed name, add the relevant previous-name information in the candidate record. This helps Ecctis match the candidate to qualification records held by awarding organisations.
