What documents are required to verify a qualification?
Requirements can differ by institution, but Ecctis normally requests a final certificate, full official academic transcript, photographic identification and signed consent form.
What happens if an issuing body asks for another document?
Ecctis will contact the submitting user for the information or for permission to contact the candidate directly.
Do I need to upload candidate documents for every qualification?
No. Candidate-level documents are held separately so they do not need to be uploaded again for every qualification held by the same candidate.
