Is there a minimum number of verifications required?

No. The service can support one verification or larger ongoing volumes.

How do I buy credits?

Open Catalogue from the left-hand menu, select a credit bundle or flexible credit amount, add it to your basket and submit the order.

When do credits become available?

Credits are made available once payment has been successfully received.

How long do credits last?

Credits have a standard expiry period of 12 months.

Can I submit checks in batches?

Yes. You can submit checks case by case or select multiple qualifications from the Qualifications list and submit them together.
