If Ecctis cannot contact the awarding organisation
What happens if official contact routes cannot be identified.
Ecctis will endeavour to identify official means to verify a qualification through independent research on every awarding organisation.
In some circumstances, there may be occasions where Ecctis is unable to contact an awarding organisation.
Alternative routes Ecctis may try
- ministry bodies within the country of award
- trusted in-country third-party organisations
- other official routes connected to the awarding organisation
In the very rare case that Ecctis is not able to contact the awarding organisation in any capacity, we will provide this information to you, cancel the verification process and refund the credit.
