Manage credit expiry
Understand when purchased credits expire.
Credits purchased through the portal have a standard expiry period of 12 months.
When the expiry period begins
- For completed purchases, the 12-month period begins from the date the purchase is completed.
- Where paying by invoice, the expiry period begins from the date the credits are made available to your organisation account.
Your organisation should plan credit purchases around expected verification volumes and operational need.
