What are the possible outcomes?

The possible outcomes are Completed - Positive, Completed - Negative and Unable to Verify.

When is Unable to Verify used?

Unable to Verify means Ecctis has exhausted the available options to verify the qualification without receiving an official response. It would not be provided within the first 30 working days after submission.

Can I appeal an outcome?

Yes. Email verificationservices@ecctis.com with the reason for the appeal. A manager will consider the appeal and respond within 5 business days.
