Understand your dashboard
Use the dashboard to navigate the portal and monitor account activity.
Once logged in, you will be directed to your organisation's dashboard.
What the dashboard shows
The dashboard gives you a summary view of your organisation's activity, including:
- verification submissions
- candidates
- candidate qualifications
- credits held
- recent account activity
Top-right menu
From the top right of the screen, you can access your user profile, your organisation information, basket and qualification submission summary page.
Left-hand menu
The main menu is accessed from the top left of the screen. Use it to move between the different areas of the portal, including Catalogue, Candidates, Qualifications, Service Orders and Service Order Lines.
