Using the portal alongside your internal systems
Use customer references and internal workflows to keep portal checks aligned with your own records.
The Ecctis Verification for Organisations portal can be used alongside your organisation’s own admissions, onboarding, HR, registry or case management processes.
Keep records aligned
When adding candidate details, use the customer reference field to record a reference that your organisation recognises. This can help your team match a portal record to your own internal record.
Recommended approach
- Agree a consistent internal reference format before your team begins submitting checks.
- Use the same reference in the portal that your team uses in your own systems.
- Review submitted checks regularly through the portal dashboard and Service Order Lines area.
- Download completed reports and save them in line with your organisation’s own records management process.
The portal is accessed directly through the secure Ecctis Verification URL and is not accessed through the main Ecctis website.
