Cancel a verification check

A verification check can be cancelled by contacting the team by email.

How to request cancellation

1. Email verificationservices@ecctis.com.
2. Include the verification reference and candidate details.
3. Clearly state that you would like to cancel the check.

Depending on the stage of the verification check, and whether Ecctis has incurred any cost, refunding the credits used may not be possible.
