Consent requirements
Why consent is needed and how it supports the verification process.
Ecctis requires confirmation that the qualification-holder has consented to their data being shared for the purposes of verification.
What you need to do
- Use the Ecctis consent form provided during onboarding.
- Ask the candidate to complete and sign the form.
- Upload the signed consent form to the candidate record.
- Ensure the form is uploaded before submitting the qualification for verification.
If an issuing body requires a specific additional document or consent format, Ecctis will contact the submitting user.
