If a required document is missing
What happens if Ecctis needs further evidence to complete a check.
If a required document is missing or an awarding organisation asks for additional evidence, Ecctis will contact the submitting user.
What Ecctis may ask for
- a clearer copy of an existing document
- a specific document required by the issuing body
- additional candidate information
- permission to contact the candidate directly
In most cases, Ecctis cannot continue attempts to verify the qualification until the requested information has been provided.
