Start here if your organisation is new to Ecctis Verification for Organisations.

This route takes your team through the key areas of the help centre in the order most users will need them.

Recommended route

1. Getting started: complete onboarding, register your account and understand the dashboard.
2. Credits and orders: buy credits, request an invoice and understand pricing, expiry and high-risk surcharges.
3. Candidates and consent: create candidate records and upload the required identity and consent documents.
4. Qualifications and documents: add qualification details and upload the required qualification evidence.
5. Submitting and tracking checks: submit checks, review credit deductions and track progress.
6. Outcomes, reports and support: view completed outcomes, download reports and contact Ecctis if help is needed.
