Track verification progress
Use Service Order Lines to monitor verification status.
Once a qualification has been submitted, you can track its status in the Service Order Lines area.
Track a submitted check
- Open the left-hand menu.
- Select Service Order Lines.
- Search or filter for the relevant case.
- Review the current status and outcome, if completed.
Service Order Lines shows the status and outcome of all submitted qualifications.
