Understand status updates
What you can expect to see as a check progresses.
As Ecctis works on a verification check, updates may be added to the service area of the relevant verification.
Updates may include
- the date an attempt was made
- the method of verification attempted
- requests for further information
- the current status of the check
- the final outcome once completed
Further updates will be provided for each subsequent attempt made.
