Use the left-hand portal menu
Find candidates, qualifications, service orders and catalogue options.
The left-hand menu is the quickest way to move between the main areas of the portal.
Main menu areas
- Dashboard: return to the summary view.
- Catalogue: purchase credits through the product store.
- Candidates: add and manage candidate records.
- Qualifications: add, review and submit qualification records.
- Service Orders: review submitted service orders.
- Service Order Lines: track individual verification checks and outcomes.
Use the menu to check where each case is in the process and to navigate back to candidate or qualification records when further information is needed.
