View completed verification outcomes
Find completed outcomes in Service Order Lines.
Once a verification has been completed, you will be able to see an update within the Service Order Lines section.
View an outcome
- Open the left-hand menu.
- Select Service Order Lines.
- Search for the relevant order or candidate.
- Open the completed service order line.
- Review the verification outcome.
Once completed, the order will show the outcome and provide access to the final report.
