When Ecctis asks for further information
What to do if more information is needed to continue a check.
If Ecctis requires further information to verify a qualification, we will first contact the user who submitted the check.
What we may request
- additional candidate information
- additional documents requested by the awarding organisation
- permission to contact the qualification-holder directly
If the requested information is not provided, Ecctis may not be able to continue attempts to verify the qualification.
